Service

1. This is a window reformat service. Not a hardware service.
2. For customer with Genuine version windows or software, you may continue use on it. Without Genuine version windows or software customer, you will be given trial version. 
3. License antivirus software is giving a key which with a valid date.
4. 3 days warranty for servicing windows and software. No service fee needed. For krokop, Pelita and Boulevard area need not to pay petrol fee. Reasonable charge needed for other areas depend on distance.
5. We are not responsible on the problems or damages on your computer hardware.
6. If you need delivery service, you will need to pay extra depend on the distance, except Krokop, Pelita and Boulevard area.
7. Additional Software will be charge.
8. I provide windows reformat service and installing software to customer needs, do not assume any technical and copyright disputes.
9. 10% commission is given for the person who promote.
10. This service is available in Miri, Sarawak ONLY. 
11. We have the rights to charge and add any term and condition all the time.
12. Once you decide to get our service, that means you have to understand or learn more disclaimers and agree to bear all the factors.

Stock

1. Item sold or posted is not refundable or exchangeable, we will make sure that everything is in good condition before sell or post.
2. After make payment, please inform us of your order number, name, total amount, and remittance date and please keep ur bank in slip (if any).
3. Not refundable or cancel or change item after payment make.except there is no stock suddenly.
4. All price is not include postage.
5. Once you had make order means that you are agree with the term and condition stated above and the owner reserved the right to change it anytime.
6. All pictures shown may be varying from the actual stock. Actual colors of the items might differ due to lighting or monitor resolution.
7. If u want to reserve any item, please pay half of the price. item reserved is cannot be cancelled, payment is not refundable, except there is no stock suddenly.

Wholesaler

**Wholesaler are required to abide by our rules and regulations, if not wholesaler will be disqualified. 

1. Do not let customers direct contact with the shop.
2. Every three months must meet at lease one order.
